How do you get people who do not want to work together to establish a common approach to a problem?no probs.its easy to get people around a common approach.just inform them confidently i will accept your approach if your approach yielding good result than my approach when proceeding things to solve the problem.but get confirmation from them they will accept your approach once your's hold good.be flexible and give due importance to his approach also then only its possible to establish a common approach to solve a problem.
