what do you mean by motivation? what exactly does a person require to motivate an individual?

motivation is something that makes u do things with all ur might even when u don't know what to do. A person should be OPTIMIST in order to face the difficulties.It is this OPTIMISM only that motivates u and brings the answers of all the unknown questions.
